By accessing or using the services provided by ArtSilk Digital & Co LLC ("ArtSilk," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
ArtSilk Digital provides digital services including but not limited to:
Certain services are offered on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles. By subscribing, you authorize ArtSilk to charge your payment method at the recurring intervals specified in your chosen plan.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. ArtSilk does not store your credit card information directly. All payment data is handled in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
ArtSilk reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Upon full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you (websites, designs, content). ArtSilk retains the right to use anonymized versions of work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
ArtSilk's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We strive for 99.9% uptime for hosted services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by factors beyond our control, including third-party service disruptions.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. ArtSilk may terminate immediately if you violate these terms or fail to make payments after reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our services. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
